Where Jesus Christ Is Lord
I Am New Here
In the book of Hebrews 11:1 we read these words “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”.
The word used for faith here means, a foundation, assurance, title-deeds, in reality when we talk about faith in God if we really have it, it becomes all the proof we need, verse 3 tells us, “Through faith we understand…” this suggest that without faith we cannot understand the things and ways of God.
Here at Faith Dimensions Ministries we encourage our members to believe and walk by faith in our never failing God.
We believe in the ability of the word of God to save, heal and deliver through the power of the Holy Spirit and because we love our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ we cannot cease to praise His name.
Please read through our pages to see the wonderful things that God is doing here at Faith Dimensions Ministries. This is a house of refuge, no matter what your life experience may be ALL are in need of Jesus Christ. On behalf of the Faith Dimensions Ministries family, we would like to thank you for visiting our website.
God Bless you

Faith – Part 1
(Framing your world)
Text: Hebrews 11:1-3
The word ‘Faith’ is well known in Christendom, it grabs hold of the invisible and brings it into the visible and it makes the impossible become possible among other things.
Hebrews 11: 6 highlights ‘But without faith it is impossible to please Him… He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him’
For instance chapter 11 identified several men and women that exercised great faith in God despite the overwhelming circumstances they faced and as a result all of them earned good reports (Hebrews 11: 2) because they strongly believed and trusted in the Lord.
Primarily, verse 1 of our text describes Faith as ‘substance’ this comes from an original word (Hup-osta-sis) which means foundation, assurance, title-deeds or guarantee. Furthermore it is ‘evidence’ (Eleg-chos) which means proof of or conviction.
So what really happens when Christians have faith? We call those things that are not as though they already exist because we believe without doubt (conviction) in God who will surely bring them to pass.
Faith is not passive; on the contrary it is alive and active!
In addition, Hebrews 11: 3 says “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed…” Here we are reminded of Gods extraordinary act of creation that occurred in the beginning (Genesis 1: 1-3) but the salient question would be “What did He use to frame the worlds?”
According to Genesis 1: 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. The creative tool was His word!
Hence, the will of God creates and the word of God frames or manifests that which is created. In like manner, you must learn to frame your world by faith and with His words from your lips!
